Smart Assistant can manage many of the early arrangements remotely and, if required, we can attend the event to assist with hands-on tasks. Often your team and the venue can manage tasks during the event, but we can pick up as much or as little of the event planning and co-ordination, as required. Your Smart Assistant will find venues, obtain quotes and review catering options.
We can also help with marketing the event, manage online bookings, changes, cancellations and inquiries. During the lead up to the big day, we will send confirmations and reminders to guests, arrange delegate material and documents, organise name tags and continue promoting the event.
While the event is underway, we can post content onto your social media platforms and, at the end of the day, we will do the follow up work.
We can collate and distribute speaker notes, sales leads, training information and good news stories to conference delegates.
